Let your skin shed naturally. Flaking or peeling is a normal part of the process. Avoid interfering with this to prevent scarring or irritation.

Stick to simple skincare. no actives such as retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, or vitamin C until advised it’s safe to resume.

Avoid :

Picking, peeling, or rubbing the skin, no matter how tempting. This can lead to scarring or uneven tone.

Excessive heat or sweating, including saunas, steam rooms, hot yoga, and intense workouts for at least 48 hours.
